What a beautiful time of the year Fall is here in the mountains of East Tennessee! The colors havent started to peak just yet but with colder weather no the way it won't be long!!
Seasons are a lovely thing. We go from summer to fall to winter to spring then back to fall and yes the dead of winter. The same is true in life. We all have seasons of blessings, seasons of trial, seasons of financial prosperity, seasons of need and want and everything in between.
The bottom line in dealing with the seasons of life is simply this. No matter what season of life you find yourself in - maintain the same FAITH and humility throughout! Don' get prideful in the times of plenty but be very thankful! Don't get discouraged and lose faith in the times of trial - because these "times" are mere SEASONS and soon your season of trial will give way to victory! Keep the faith no matter!!
Every attack of the enemy is an attack against our faith! THIS IS THE VICTORY even our FAITH that overcomes the enemy's desires and plans to destroy us. Faith in what? It's not faith in a scheme, formula or religious exercise. It's simply faith in what Christ did for us at the Cross and keeping our eyes on HIM at all times - even in the night seasons where many who may be reading this find themselves in these troublesome times.
The God of the day is the God of the night. The God on the mountain is the God of the valley. He's still God and He has shown us His ways through His Son, the Lord Jesus Christ and through His WORD! Keep the faith in these dark days. Victory is ahead for the overcomer!!
